Structural Art: The Charm of Glue-Free Mortise-and-Tenon Joints
The core breakthrough of this case lies in the use of zero-adhesion technology throughout the entire scene. We leveraged the physical properties of paperboard to achieve interlocking construction through precise mortise-and-tenon joints. This ingenious concept of “replacing decoration with structure” not only eliminated on-site decoration pollution (zero formaldehyde, no odor) but also demonstrated to the audience the perfect fusion of traditional Chinese construction wisdom and modern green materials.
Scenario-Based Narration: Multi-Dimensional Sensory Experience
Visual Impact: The “Tree of Life,” formed by layering composite corrugated boards, served not only as a visual center but also as a totem for low-carbon exhibition practices.
Tactile Interaction: The green four-leaf clover clusters, crafted using corrugated paper die-cutting techniques, presented gentle curves that broke the coldness of the industrial venue and enhanced the welcoming experience for exhibitors and visitors.
