Design Perspective: Narrating Environmental Campaigns from Haze to Blue Sky via Spatial Design

Centered on the core narrative of “Defending the Blue Sky”, the exhibition space is divided into multiple scenes including urban ecology, air pollution, governance actions and green lifestyles. Sharp visual contrast is formed among bright blue sky, white clouds, urban architectures, green forests and gray haze zones, enabling visitors to intuitively perceive the environmental changes before and after pollution control.
The design goes far beyond simple information display; immersive scenes help the public grasp environmental issues. The entrance adopts blue sky, white cloud and urban landscapes to create a bright, positive atmosphere. The green plant zone conveys concepts of ecological restoration and harmonious coexistence between humans and nature. The haze exhibition area uses gray tones, smoke visuals and data charts to highlight the reality of environmental risks, forming a clear popular science logic and progressive emotional rhythm throughout the exhibition.

Blue Sky City: Visualized Expression of Environmental Concepts

Bright urban landscapes and ecological scenes translate the abstract "Blue Sky Defense Campaign" into approachable visual language.

Blue Sky City Exhibition Zone:
Light blue walls, suspended cloud decorations, city building models and green trees build a vision of a clean metropolis. Paper-based city skylines are constructed through layering, plug-in assembly and 3D splicing, turning the abstract goal of air pollution management into an ideal life scene visible to the public.

Green Ecological Interactive Zone:
Plant walls, simulated lawns, flowers and nature-themed installations recreate an authentic natural atmosphere. Apart from boosting spatial friendliness, the green space highlights the importance of vegetation conservation, ecological restoration and low-carbon living in environmental governance, making environmental knowledge easier for families and teenagers to absorb.

Haze Warning: From Problem Presentation to Public Environmental Awareness

Gray-toned spaces, data illustrations and 3D installations strengthen the warning and educational value of the environmental exhibition.

Haze Formation Exhibition Zone:
Gray walls, smoke visual effects, pollution keywords and air quality indicators compose an immersive science popularization space, presenting full data of pollutants including PM10, PM2.5, NO₂ and SO₂. Scene-based design allows visitors to clearly understand the formation of haze and its impacts on urban life.

Modular Science Popularization Stands:
Tiered paper-based booths, city silhouettes and independent display modules hold physical models, information boards and interactive content. The modular layout organizes exhibition information neatly, allows quick content updates for different science themes, and improves communication efficiency and reusability of public environmental exhibitions.
